The first week of March is always my favorite to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday with my students!

Cat in the Hat Snack

Ingredients:

• Graham Cracker Square
• Marshmallow
• Red Gel Icing

Directions:

1. Place a small dab of icing on middle of graham cracker square.

2. Place marshmallow on top of dab of icing to help hold it in place.

3. Take red gel icing and decorate around the top, bottom and middle of the marshmallow (see picture above for example).
