First there was the beginning & a first post

After years of taking pictures of my food as I prepared it (while getting odd looks from the hubby), typing up recipes, copying, pasting, etc. to friends, I’m finally going to put it all into one place to save my sanity.  The latest venture was making a google doc’s for myself to try freezer meals which I am loving.  After getting over 20 requests for friends to be added to it, I figured let’s just make it look fancy and just suck it up and do a blog!

So, here we are. I’m not a professional chef nor do I expect to be treated as one. I make mistakes in the kitchen – LOTS of them! Hence the name of my blog – KitchenKlutz! I am a huge klutz especially in the kitchen.  I’ve lost count how many times I’ve hurt myself, cut myself, dropped stuff on myself, broken a few things here and there and the newest one, stabbed myself which got me to think of this blogs name. I’m a working mom who is trying to help our family to stop eating fast food as much as we do, get into the kitchen and share some ideas at the same time. Not to mention another latest endeavour of finding “different” cupcake recipes to try. Please enjoy my blog and get ready to try some of these recipes!
